This policy explains what information Freedom IV Hydration (“Freedom IV”, “we”, “us”) collects through freedomivhydration.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. Freedom IV is operated by Freedom IV, LLC, 8606 NC-150, Terrell, NC 28682.
- When you request an appointment, we collect your name, email, phone number and what you’re interested in, so a nurse can contact you.
- With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity hides anything typed into our forms.
- We don’t sell your information.
- You can change your cookie choices, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your information at any time.
Information you give us
Appointment requests
Our appointment request form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you’d like to visit our lounge or have a nurse come to you, and which drip, injection or membership you’re interested in. A nurse uses this to call or email you and arrange your appointment. Sending a request doesn’t book an appointment.
Please don’t include medical details in the form. Our nurses collect your health history in private at your visit.
Your request is delivered to our clinic email by a form service, Web3Forms, and a copy is saved to a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account. Only our team can see them.
Calls and emails
If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share, and we use it to answer you.
Events and vendors
RSVPs for our events are handled by Eventbrite, and vendor applications by Google Forms. When you use those, their own privacy policies apply to what you enter there.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand our traffic and conversions: which pages are visited and for how long, which links are clicked (including taps on our phone number, email address and event links), the type of device and browser, approximate location (such as city), and how visitors found us. We also count how many appointment requests are sent. We never send your form entries or contact details to Google Analytics. If you decline, Google may still receive basic signals that don’t use cookies or identify you, which help estimate overall traffic.
Microsoft Clarity
If you accept cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through the site, through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. This helps us fix anything confusing. Anything typed into our forms is masked and never recorded.
Advertising
We may advertise on Google. If you accept cookies, Google may use them to measure whether our ads lead to visits or appointment requests, and to show you our ads on other sites. If you decline, these advertising cookies aren’t used.
Running the website
Our website host, Vercel, processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. Vercel’s Speed Insights also measures how quickly our pages load for visitors, without using cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in the table below is set unless you choose Accept. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of our site or the button below.

How we use information
- To answer your requests and arrange, provide and follow up on your appointments.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our advertising, if you’ve allowed it.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with others for their own marketing. We share it only with the services named on this page, which handle it for us, or when the law requires it.
When we add online booking and payments, those services will receive the details needed to book and pay, and we’ll update this page to name them.
Emails and unsubscribing
We only send marketing emails or texts to people who have asked to receive them. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed at any time by emailing contact@freedomivhydration.com or calling (828) 461-4645.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@freedomivhydration.com or call (828) 461-4645, and we’ll respond as soon as we can. If you’ve received care from us, we may need to keep certain treatment records for as long as the law requires.
Your health information
This website isn’t the place to share medical information. Health information you share with our nurses as part of your care is kept confidential and protected as the law requires.
IV hydration and vitamin injections are elective, self-pay wellness services. We don’t bill insurance, so we don’t send your information to insurers.
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to your requests is limited to our team. No website or email system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. This site isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
